According to info from Blake Watts, they are exports for Brazil. BNSF H-TEAAMY (sb Manifest; Teague, TX to PTRA American Yard, Houston, TX) BNSF 4730 [GE Dash 9-44CW] NREX 2711 [rEMD SD40-M2] built: 3/1966 construction number: 31422 order #: 7865 frame #: 7865-9 built as: UP 3008 [EMD SD40] renumbered: UP 2711 [EMD SD40M-2] to SP 8635 [EMD SD40M-2] to: NREX 2711 [EMD SD40M-2] NREX 2659 Rebuilt EMD SD40M-2 c/n: 37556 built 3/1971 order #: 7319 frame #: 7319-14 built as: Missouri Pacific 783 [EMD SD40] renumbered: MP 3083 [EMD SD40] to: UP 2659 [EMD SD40M-2] to: SP 8583 [EMD SD40M-2] to: BN 7307 [EMD SD40R] to: NREX 2659 [EMD SD40M-2] NREX 2776 [rebuilt EMD SD40-M2] originally built as a CNW SD45 before receiving a new SD40 hood when it was rebuilt. 2776 was one of ten of the 133 Morrison Knudson rebuilds that had this odd hood configuration.
