Album Info:Fairly nice group of recently reprinted photos of dubious sources. No info came with the photos so I would appreciate any help in identifying the location, date and more importantly, the photographer.

It is stored at the West Boonton Yard in Boonton, New Jersey, United States. It is fully cosmetically restored to its original appearance. No date, location or photographer was listed for this photo. Description:  One of the most famous Pennsylvania GG1's is #4859. It has the distinction of pulling the first electric train to Harrisburg on January 15, 1938. To honor that moment, it now is preserved in the passenger shed at Harrisburg, PA, station. No date or photographer was listed for this photo but many photographers have taken nearly identical photos from the staircase leading down.
