Yep, not good !!         
While pulling tracks for a yard cleaner the Engr. was not informed as to WHAT he had ahold of. Seems he'd grabbed a track of mostly covered hoppers, LOADED covered hoppers. While pulling west he started down the yd. lead which WAS down. With only eng. brakes he was soon out of control. About a mile and 1/2 later he stopped, in Gordons junk yard. A PRR gon loaded with scrap was shot through a fence and 5 feet deep into the dirt of a yard of a neighbor of the scrap yard. No injuries.
