| It's Super Bowl Sunday 1986 at the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal engine terminal, and special trains have added even more variety to the collection of locomotives here. From right to left are F40 380 (coupled to the 261), NOUPT SW8 No. 1 (coupled to P30CH 701), Seaboard System FP7A 118 and F3A 116, P30 720, SDP40F 631 and E9A 468. The last two locomotives had been stored here for some time. Beyond these are red-and-yellow Southern Pacific SDP45's 3201 and 3207, and even more P30's and F40's. |
