| These workers are installing new trackwork at the intersection of South Carrollton Avenue and Willow Street. The track on Willow provides access to one side of the Carrollton Station streetcar barn. The work was a part of the complete reconstruction of the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority's St. Charles Line. |
