UP Pullman heavyweight 10 section-2 compartment-1 drawing room (10S-2C-1DR) sleeper LAKE HOPATCONG (Lot #4728, Plan #3585/G, January 1924), built for assignment to the general service pool, assigned to the NYC in January 1938, then to the CB&Q, then to the SOU, then back to the CB&Q, then to the UP in July 1940, sold to the UP at the 12/31/1948 Pullman divestiture, repainted to Armour Yellow in October 1954, removed from revenue service in March 1965 and subsequently transferred to the MofW ("Roadway") department as #906051, no further info. Scanned with an Epson V550 from a duplicate Ektachrome 35mm slide. Date, location, and photographer are unknown.
