Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9803 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9803 is an EF-15A built in March of 1951. In this context, they're pulling a manifest freight train into the Westbound Forwarding Yard where the train will pause for a crew change before proceeding over the Allegheny Mountains to Conway Yard.
