WE 3067         
CSX train Q352-06 gets some surprise help from this beautiful looking EMD SD40-3 of the Wheeling and Lake Erie. Rebuilt by the Brewster shops in April 1999. It started life as Union Pacific 3067 (SD40) in 1966.
