Jacob Woods General Notice that the B-7 General Palmer does not have the starburst designs in the railings. Also notice the fold down steps so the bottom step is even less. This was one of the few cars that have always had them, where as today almost every car has them. Also notice that the open gondola has a yellow top, instead of black. The B-7 also has support rods on the back vestibule, where today it does not. 5/24/2013 6:49:25 AM
