| Barely moving more than 10-15 mph usually, this GP38-2 moves the 4 loaded hot metal bottle cars and the gondola spacers between the two ArcelorMital plants in Indiana and Illinois, a distance of approxmately 14 miles away. This is one of the last locations where hot metal bottle cars (or torpedo cars to some) are found traveling outside the steel plants. |
