LaSalle & Bureau County 40-foot box car 1102 was spotted at McKesson Chemicals, along the Illinois Central Gulf in New Orleans. This was one of 20 such cars bought new by the railroad, which gained notoriety in 1971 for “stealing” almost 500 Penn Central box cars by adding their reporting marks to these cars.
