Camden. Here is the third of three successive duplicate 35mm color slides via Al Chione that were taken in Camden, New Jersey, on 24 June 1957. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6399, a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during December of 1926 and retired in April of 1958 after 32 years of faithful service. The photographer's name and the road number of the locomotive visible at the left are not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #61 of 69) |
