Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9447, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company as an H-8C during March of 1913, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-10S in November of 1917, and retired in October of 1958 after 45 years of faithful service. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded. |
