RTS 2143.005-4 - Rail Transport Service
Description:
Another RTS(Rail Transport Service) was sitting cold in the OBB (Austrian Federal Rwy) yard. RTS 2143.005-4 was built by the Simmering-Graz-Pauker AG company sometime between 1966-77. As far as I know, this loco was still working the yard after over 41 years of service. Note the long string of MOW ballast cars in the background. Specs - B-B wheel arrangement, 1.450kW output, engine weight of 69 tonnes, maximum speed of 100 kph, tractive force of 135 kN.
